Israel/Iran the coming conflict

Tensions are rising between Israel and Iran - trust me, do a search on google for the two names you will find a lot of news.

Well many of us have heard of the 6 Day War. This may be a refresher or new to you. Just want to point out what Israel is capable of doing. Remember that there are also many prophecies concerning conflict in that area in the last days.

The 6 Day War lasted... 6 days. It took place in 1967 - 41 years ago for all us math majors. Things had been boiling over for a few years in the area - I don't want to go into detail, not the point of the post. Egypt kicks out UN peacekeepers and starts blocking any ship flying the Israeli flag. Then Egypt masses 100,000 troops in Sinai. Israel performs a pre-emptive strike and other Arab nations join in the conflict (mutual defense pacts and all).

After 6 days Israel comes out victorious and with more territory.

Nations that fought against Israel were Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq.

Israeli forcesArab forces
50,000 + 214,000 reservists547,000
300 aircraft957 aircraft
800 tanks2,504 tanks

Clearly Israel was outnumbered and they were being attacked from a few different fronts. However don't underestimate the skill of the Israeli's.

Israeli CasualtiesArab Casualties
800 killed21,000 killed
2,563 wounded45,000 wounded
15 prisoners6,000 prisoners

The Arab nations that despise Israel are very aware of the superior training of the Israelis. They despise them and curse them. It won't be long until they try to harm Israel again by very destructive means.

My thoughts are:
1. Nice to see you post again.

2. 43.29% of all statistics are made up.

3. I read that article you had linked from your post and it seemed so random... it was kind of all over the place as far as the topic. I honestly struggle to follow politics. Especially foreign politics. Reading about or listening to any news on some of the world events makes me want to get the belt out to spank the leaders of the world's nations. I would like to ground them from their nuclear ambitions and ship them all off to boot camp in antarctica and make them listen to Doctor Phil settle their disputes for them. Then when that doesn't stop the retardedness then maybe we can start a terrorist organization of our own to pay their own people more than they pay them to be suicide bombers but to turn against themselves and crumble from within... I would suggest we just nuke them but that is too easy of a solution.

4. The worst thing about history is that it has the potential to stir up what would normally have been long forgiven and forgotten. Is there also potential to learn from the mistakes of the past? Certainly, but not without risk. But I believe the fact of the matter may be that more "ammunition" is conjured from historical events for justifying current actions which are otherwise unneccesary and unjustifiable than there are people truly trying to reflect on past courses of action and analyze the outcomes to attempt to avoid repitition of history.

5. When we finally colonize the moon and mars then hopefully we can just nuke this planet to turn it into the seer stone that it is foreordained to become.

6. And last, but maybe most important, is the thought that my thoughts are pretty much bizarre, retarded, ramblings of someone who should probably just be on meds and keep his crazy comments to himself. But where's the entertainment value in that?
